The President and Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Andrew Alli

Until his recent appointment , Mr Alli was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Travant Capital, a private equity fund. He was Country Manager for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in both Nigeria and Southern Africa.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director – Mr. Solomon Asamoah

Former Vice President for Private Sector and International Investments at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) with over 20 years of experience originating and executing transactions, Mr. Asamoah was the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the IFC and Managing Director of the World Bank and later became a Principal Investment Officer at the IFC in Johannesburg, leading IFC’s activities across Africa in the ICT sector.  Mr. Asamoah was IFC Country Manager several African countries.

Senior Advisor to the President – Mr. Isaac K. Sam

Mr. Sam has over 30 years experience at the World Bank where he was the Division Chief of the Infrastructure Division, Chief of Mission to South Africa and Country Manager for Nigeria. Most recently he was Chief Executive of an Infrastructure Advisory Firm and Advisor to the President of Ghana on Energy Policy.

Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager – Dr. Sola Adeduntan

Recently a Senior Vice-President of Citigroup within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division and Chief Financial Officer of Citibank Nigeria (Citibank’s second largest franchise in Africa), Dr. Adeduntan has 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to his work at Citigroup, he was senior manager in the financial services group of KPMG/Arthur Andersen where he led the audit teams of several high profile clients and many risk management and financial advisory assignments mainly in the financial services sector.

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary – Dr. Adesegun Akin-Olugbade

Former General Counsel and Director at the African Development Bank, Mr. Akin-Olugbade has over 20 years of experience in the legal /financial sector having worked at both the technical and management levels, in the public and private sector for leading corporate and commercial law firms. Mr. Akin-Olugbade was the Division Manager of the Finance and Administrative Affairs Division of the General Counsel and Legal Services Department of the AfDB and was the pioneer Chief Legal Officer and Head of the Legal Services Department of the African Export-Import Bank (Afriexim Bank)

CEO – Africa Infrastructure – Mr. Oliver Andrews

Former CEO of TCI Infrastructure Limited (TCII)- an Infrastructure developer and project finance boutique, specializing in the provision, development and financial engineering of infrastructure projects in Emerging Markets with a focus in Africa. Mr. Andrews has background in engineering and corporate finance, has over 30 years experience in the transport sector and 20 years as an infrastructure project developer and strategic adviser.
