NOTICE is hereby given that the 2nd Annual General Meeting of AFRICA FINANCE CORPORATION (AFC) will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 29 June, 2010 at AFC's Headquarters located at No.3A Osborne Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.
The Agenda items are as follows;
- Presentation of the 2009 AFC Annual Report
- Receipt and adoption of the 2009 Financial statements and Annual Reports
- Appointment/Confirmation of External Auditors
- Any Other Business
A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. All relevant documents in connection with the meeting are available to all shareholders (who have not received them) from the date of this notice at AFC's Headquarters located at 3A Osborne Road, Ikoyi, lagos, Nigeria.
