This report presents the African Development Bank’s environmental and social due diligence of AFC Capital Partners’ Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) for the Infrastructure Climate Resilient Fund (ICRF). It confirms that AFC’s ESMS provides a comprehensive framework aligned with AfDB’s Integrated Safeguards System (ISS), IFC Performance Standards, and GCF E&S policies.
