Our Project Development unit steers high risk/high reward projects from conception through construction, either solely or by developing these projects jointly with sponsors. The unit operates as a strategic business entity with access to bring fenced funding but tightly integrated into AFC. It comprises specialist project developers, project sector engineers and project management experts.

Through project development, we offer project finance support and early stage development funds in partnership with other asset management groups and financial institutions.

AFC also acts as an adviser to sponsors and government on early stage project development work.
